2. Making a purchase
Making a purchase means you will enter into a contract with us so please ensure you follow the steps below in order to conclude the contract.
STEP 1 Read and understand our terms and conditions.
You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions on our website carefully and for asking any questions seeking clarification before you make your purchase.
STEP 2 Read the information on the website.
Our website contains information about our goods which you will need to know before you make your purchase. This includes descriptions of our goods, specifications, current prices (including VAT where applicable), and our delivery and returns policies.
The information about the goods on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat" and is not a contractual offer from us which you may accept. This means that we reserve the right to correct any errors in that information without liability to you. It also means that in no circumstances will we be contractually bound to supply you with goods on the basis of any incorrect information, even if that information is repeated in your order.
STEP 3 Choose the goods you wish to purchase
You can choose the goods you wish to purchase by entering the quantity of the itemrequired and clicking the "Add To Basket" button. This will direct you to your shopping basket and you can also view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking the "Shopping Basket" menu item. The "Shopping Basket" screen shows your currently chosen goods by way of an image, product name, quantity, price and current price subtotal. You can change the goods in your basket by removing any items via the trash can image or by changing the quantities then clicking "update".
STEP 4 Pay for goods
We must receive payment in full for any goods before they are despatched. To purchase the goods in your shopping basket and complete your order using our secure online payments system, click the "Checkout" button on the "Shopping Basket" screen. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password if you have already registered with our site, or to create an account if you haven't already done so. You will then be taken to our secure payment processing system to complete your order.
You can pay online using any major debit or credit card via PayPal Guest Checkout, so no PayPal account is needed. We don't ever see your card details if they are provided in this way.
Or you can simply use your PayPal account if you have one.
You will be prompted to provide the information we need to enable us to process your order, particularly your payment details and the address for delivery. You are responsible for providing us with the correct information to process your order.
STEP 5 Receive email confirmation that we have accepted your order
We will send you an email confirming that we accept your order and that it is being processed. It is only at this point that we will have a binding contract between us.
Depending on your chosen method of payment, you should also receive an email from PayPal advising you whether or not your debit or credit card payment or funds transfer has been authorised. This email acknowledgement relates to your payment only and is not our acceptance of your order.
We will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if in our sole discretion we consider it necessary. In particular we must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Whether we refuse or accept your order we will let you know as soon as possible. Once we have entered into a contract with you we shall supply you with the goods specified in your order in accordance with the terms of the contract.
3. Other information about the Contract
We can only conclude the contract with you in English and not in any other language.
The contract between us will consist of (1) these terms and conditions together with our privacy policy and website terms of use, (2) your order and (3) our acceptance. We will not file the concluded contract between us online and you should therefore print out and retain copies of each element of the contract.
A. Price
The prices payable for goods or services that you order as well as any applicable VAT are as set out in our website. We only accept UK pounds sterling in payment.
B. Our rights to cancel the contract
We can cancel the contract between us if:
- the items you have ordered are out of stock or are unavailable for any other reason;
- we do not deliver to your area which means typically you have chosen a location outside of the UK; or
- any one of the items you ordered is priced incorrectly due to an error on our part or due to an error in the pricing information which our suppliers provide us with.
If we decide to cancel the contract for any of these reasons we will tell you as soon as possible via e-mail and/or telephone and provide you with a full refund. Please note that we are not obliged to offer you any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience suffered.
C. Delivery of goods to you
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the email or physical address you provide to us at the time you make your order. Wherever possible we will notify you of delivery with a tracking reference by email or text.
Most physical deliveries are usually within 5-7 working days although certain items may take 7-14 working days. We ask that you allow up to 28 days in the rare event that your purchase may be temporarily out of stock. Digital electronic deliveries are usually delivered upon payment although certain items may take up to 48 hours. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation if the goods are not delivered within this time frame.
We will despatch your order as soon as possible once it has been accepted.
D. Cancellations & Returns
You can cancel your order at any time up until your item is despatched from. At our discretion we may charge an administration fee to cover our costs in processing your order. If you refuse to take delivery, or you do not take delivery for any other reason, and it is returned to us we will deduct the cost of the return from any refund we make.
Should any item be unsatisfactory, you must notify us within 14 days that you intend to return it, starting from the day after delivery. The item must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and preferably in its original packaging. We understand that packaging must be removed to inspect the item so please take care when doing so. If you are unable to use the original packaging when returning an item, please use similar strong, waterproof packaging. We are unable to issue a refund if items are damaged in transit due to poor packaging, or if they have been used, or are dirty or damaged in any other way.
You are responsible for arranging the return and the return costs (unless the item is faulty, in which case see "Faulty Goods" below). Once we have received the item and we are satisfied that it has been returned in the same condition as it was despatched, we will issue you with a refund of the original purchase price, less any special delivery charges you have paid for Saturday deliveries.
If the item is returned more than 14 days from the date you notify us of its intended return, or we are not satisfied that the item has been returned to us in the same condition as it was when despatched then no refund will be issued and the item will remain your property. You must collect it from our office or arrange for its collection otherwise we will dispose of it within 28 days of its return to us.
Return Instructions:

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty you must follow the procedure above but we may ask to you email a photograph of the fault first before arranging a collection.
We may then decide to arrange its collection from you on a weekday, i.e., Monday to Friday, between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm. If in our opinion the item has a manufacturing fault we will replace it for you.
4. Our liability to you
A. Your remedy for damaged goods

B. Limitations on our liability to you
You are responsible for observing and complying with all applicable regulations and legislation which affect your purchase and subsequent use of our goods. This includes obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. If a court does decide we are liable to pay you compensation, that compensation will be limited to the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Please note that nothing in this section of these terms and conditions (or in any other section) is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer or other statutory rights that may not be excluded by law, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
